The Barre class is for everyone, it’s a great way to tone muscles and work on posture. The movements are typically small and easy on the joints, this 50-minute class which can cater up to 14 people will increase strength and flexibility. Active Barre is essentially a mix of classical ballet, Pilates and Yoga. This class combines Pilates principles with dance and is a highly effective workout set to music.
