A little about me

Outside the clinic, I enjoy strength training, running, swimming, scuba diving, surfing, travelling, and staying active. Living an active lifestyle gives me a genuine appreciation of the physical demands that sport, exercise, and everyday movement place on the body. I enjoy helping people build confidence in their movement, improve their performance, and get back to doing what they love.

“The goal isn’t just to get out of pain—it’s to get you back to living, moving, and performing with confidence.”
