About Alyssa
Alyssa joins the Lake Health Group team with dual qualifications in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sports Science. With a strong background in sport and fitness from a young age, she has been involved in the health and fitness industry for many years, including leading group fitness classes. Alyssa has also worked across several legal businesses, where she developed strong client relationship and customer service skills. She is deeply committed to ongoing professional development and is always seeking new challenges to further enhance her clinical expertise.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys challenging gym sessions as much as relaxing walks with her dog. Highly creative, she also plays five musical instruments and enjoys singing, drawing, and writing novels.
