About Aastha
Aastha Shah is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong focus on sports injuries and rehabilitation. She began her academic journey in India, earning her undergraduate degree in physiotherapy, and later pursued her passion for advanced learning by completing a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy Practice (Sports) in South Australia.
Her clinical background is diverse, encompassing roles as a sports trainer, clinical research assistant in sports physiotherapy, and intern at an orthopaedics and rehabilitation centre. In addition to her work with sporting patients, Aastha has valuable experience supporting individuals with Parkinson’s disease, neurological conditions, and movement disorders. She has a special clinical interest in shoulder and knee rehabilitation with practical “hands-on” experience in strength and conditioning as well as athletic testing.

Outside of her professional life, Aastha enjoys playing badminton, watching cricket, going on walks and playing tennis. She has completed marathons in India and in her down time loves reading and exploring new ways to stay active and inspired.
