The traditional purpose of Reformer Pilates was aimed at rehabilitation and to build core strength. The Active Reformer classes are designed for those who want more from their body. This 50-minute class is structured to focus on technique and to set you challenges and increase your heart rate, improve posture, mobility and flexibility while developing core stability and total mind body awareness. This class is limited to 10 participants.
