Small Group classes are supported by a physiotherapist and can cater for 4-5 people
Intermediate Group classes are supported by a physiotherapist can cater for up to 6 people. This group is generally for people who are more confident with their Pilates Program
Mat Pilates is generic class, facilitated by a physiotherapist and can cater up to 12 people
Power Pilates is a generic fitness class supervised by a physiotherapist and caters for up to 5 people
Running Pilates is a class designed and facilitated by a physiotherapist to improve your running strength. This group caters for up for 5 people
All classes require bookings to secure a place
