Through further training he has become adept at using dry needling and teaching Pilates. Jacob is also a certified level 1 strength and conditioning coach which greatly compliments his detailed rehabilitation programs.

...and a little more!

In the past Jacob has competed and trained in muay thai and kickboxing, both locally and in Thailand. When the weather is right Jacob spends his time on the coast surfing and takes every opportunity he can to travel overseas. His favourite destinations are Iceland for the scenery and Japan for the ramen.
